Michail antonio

Michail has a never give up attitude. On his way to the top flight doors that were once open open seemed to close, but he kept on working hard and created his own pathway to achieve his dreams of becoming a top  professional footballer for West Ham United and internationally for Jamaica.

He wants this academy to create better opportunities for young people to do what they have always dreamed of on or off the pitch.

Nathan Scarlet-Bryant

Nathan has a wide background of running football and education programmes. He has also been working in recruitment and have progressed a number of players into pro and semi pro clubs. Nathan had a five year spell as a Academy scout at Crystal Palace FC before starting a grass roots team called Lambeth Spartans FC.

Taylor morgan

Taylor was a Lead Tutor at Aldershot Town FC before accepting the position as Director of Education for the Michail Antonio Academy. Taylor spent his youth career with Southampton and Queens Park Rangers before enjoying a seven year professional career playing in America, Sweden, Canada and Scotland. We will work closely with Southampton University and Roehampton University as part of University progression routes for our students as well as with Bath Spa University in the United Arab Emirates and Lincoln College in Saudi Arabia in exploring oversea football related opportunities.

Ewemade Orobator

Ewemade’ s passion for football has not waivered over decades now and facilitating the burning desire and self-belief of young people to grow and prosper inspires him to support as much as he can. As Vice Chairman and a Senior Manager at semi-professional Club Cobham Football Club he is on hand to help create the pathways into professional football as he has done for others who have the talent and commitment to succeed.

Ewemade is the Director of Operations at the Michail Antonio Academy and responsible for the day to day operations of the organisation and its overall strategic direction.


Errol believes in helping you to be the best you can be. A former London FA Coach of the Year Award Winner , he has supported thousands of young people over many years including at the Chelsea FC Foundation and abroad in beautiful places such as Rhodes in Greece and Madrid in Spain at the Spanish FA Headquarters.


Errol is now Head of Community Engagement at Communities First and will support the work of the Michail Antonio Academy in the Community.
